The Shoreline Chamber of Commerce is organizing a General Elections Public Forum on Thursday October 5 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The event will be facilitated by the League of Women Voters and Sustainable Shoreline. Candidates who have confirmed include Steve Beren, Jim McDermott, and others.
The event will be held at the Shoreline Conference Center (Shoreline Room, at the North end of the complex), which is located at 18560 First Avenue NE, Shoreline, WA 98155. For more information, go to http://www.shorecham.org/calendar.php
The expected schedule:
6:30 pm - Issues Forum on Initiatives 920, 933, and 937
7:30 pm - Candidates Forum for State Legislative Candidates (32nd LD)
8:30 pm - Candidates Forum for Federal Candidates (Beren and McDermott approximately 8:45 pm)
